1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
freeterrain ™ is a forum for shared online content, including email, audio, video, still images, etc. As a service, freeterrain provides this forum for the enjoyment and benefit of its users. By using the service, you agree to comply with the TERMS OF USE. These “terms” are subject to change and may be altered through posted guidelines at our discretion. Any objection to the change or alteration of such terms should be handled with immediate discontinuation of the service as your only remedy. freeterrain has the right to strictly enforce these terms and will do so, but is not obligated to, through community moderation, active investigation, litigation and prosecution.
2. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT
To ensure, a positive atmosphere, full functionality, necessary upgrades and additions, freeterrain reserves the right to modify the terms at any time. Such modifications will be for the benefit of the user and will become effective immediately following the posting thereof. It is the responsibility of the user to be kept informed on changes in terms by reviewing content regularly. Any usage following the postage of amended terms will constitute an agreement of such terms.
3. CONTENT
All postings, including, but not limited to, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials posted on, transmitted through, or linked from freeterrain, are the sole responsibility of the content’s originator. As a user, you understand that each item of content made available for viewing is solely your responsibility and that freeterrain does not have control and is not responsible for the content made available on its forum. Understand that by using this service, you may be exposed to content, whether appropriate or inappropriate, that may be seen as offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. You acknowledge that freeterrain does not screen or approve content, prior to all postings. Instead, freeterrain offers community management, as well as administrative management of the material and holds the right to refuse, delete, or move any content available through the forum for violating TERMS OF USE and its sole intentions. As a forum for sharing information, freeterrain may contain links to other websites within its postings. Enter those websites at your own risk as they are completely independent of freeterrain and share no approval or affiliation with such. Due to these guidelines and terms, freeterrain is in no way liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, or otherwise made available through the site.

freeterrain and the content made available through its forum will be subject to postings of links and features directing users to third party sites, databases, applications, software, programs, products or services, etc. Communications, interactions, and dealings are the sole responsibility of the user and all matters are carried out and resolved at users’ own risk. If a dispute should occur, freeterrain is under no obligation to become involved in such matters and denies all responsibility for the actions and/or dealings made within third party relationship.
5. PRIVACY POLICY
At freeterrain, user security and privacy are very important to us. Personal information collected through registration and/or any of the payment features will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes and shall be considered safe and secure. freeterrain does not store credit card information. Credit card transactions are transmitted through authorize.net who protects the security of your payment information during transmission using secure technology. freeterrain does not use, disclose, sell or disseminate any cardholder information obtained in connection with a card transaction (including the names, addresses and card account numbers of cardholders) except for purposes of authorizing, completing and settling card transactions and resolving any chargebacks, retrieval requests or similar issues involving card transactions, other than pursuant to a court or governmental agency request, subpoena or order. freeterrain uses controls for and limits access to, and renders unreadable prior to discarding, all records containing card account numbers and card imprints. All account information is password-protected, be sure to keep your password safe.
In order to respect your privacy, freeterrain does not run banner ads or pop ups of any kind throughout its pages. freeterrain offers anonymity for postings and email to reduce third party harvesting and spam.
freeterrain inherently collects personal information made public through feedback, comments, posts, or direct contacts. Please do not post any personal information on freeterrain that you, ultimately, want kept private.
freeterrain does not solicit or knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 13, nor does freeterrain allow their registration. If freeterrain learns that a posting is made by a person under the age of 13, freeterrain will remove that post.
freeterrain, or users who post on freeterrain, may provide links to third party websites, which may practice different privacy practices. We are not responsible for, nor have any control over, the privacy policies of those third party websites, and encourage all users to read the privacy policies of each and every website visited.
freeterrain retains the right to preserve data and/or information, i.e. IP addresses, personal information, collected from its users to maintain the safety and integrity of the site as well as protect the rights of its users. The preserved information may be used to comply with legal proceedings, enforce TERMS OF USE, and in response to claims.
6. CONDUCT
These TERMS OF USE have been established to ensure that visitors and members of the site are provided with a positive experience, while at the same time protecting our rights and the rights of our users. Your use of freeterrain tells us you have read and agreed to these TERMS OF USE.

D/ violates any municipal, state or federal law, rule, regulation or ordinance, or attempts to encourage such an evasion or violation.
E/ unfairly interferes with any third party's uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the site.
F/ uses or attempt to use another's account, password, service or system.
G/ includes images, photos, or articles or other content that constitutes, promotes or encourages illegal acts, violation of any right of any individual or entity, violation of any local, state, national or international law, rule, guideline or regulation, or otherwise creates liability.
H/ uploads or transmits viruses or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files.
I/ disrupts, interferes with, or otherwise harms or violates the security of the site.
J/ use the website to transmit 'spam', junk mail, chain letters, or to solicit other users to buy or sell products.
7. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
freeterrain has the right at any time, without notice, to delete or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or terminate your access to use this forum if there is reason to believe you have acted inappropriately with the accordance of TERMS OF USE.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
freeterrain is, unless otherwise stated, the owner of all copyright and data rights of this forum and its contents. Individuals who have posted works to freeterrain are either the copyright owners of the component parts of that work , or are posting the work under license from a copyright owner, or his or her agent, or otherwise as permitted by law. Use of freeterrain is entirely at your “OWN RISK”. freeterrain disclaims any warranties for other services, goods received through, advertised on, or accessed through any links on, the site. This forum is available on an “AS IS” basis, without any warranties of any kind. freeterrain disclaims any warranties for the security, reliability, timeliness, accuracy, and performance of the site.
